CLASSROOM PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy regulates the principles regarding the processing, protection and disclosure of the rights of Users within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the relevant secondary regulations by ADNİŞ3011 GIDA FAST FOOD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTING TOURISM IMPORT EXPORT INDUSTRY AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY ("DerslikApp" or "Platform").
1. Data Collected
The following types of personal data may be collected from the User by receiving services from our platform, registering or using the platform:
- Credentials: Name, surname, date of birth
- Contact Info: Email address, phone number, billing, and shipping address
- Payment Information: Credit card masks, billing information (via payment provider)
- Training Data: Types of courses taken, course history, interaction with instructors, evaluation, and comments

- Usage Information: Transaction history, visits, and clicks data on the platform
2. Purposes of Data Processing
The collected personal data may be processed limited to the following purposes:
- Creating and managing a user account
- Planning lessons, matching with the instructor and carrying out reservation processes
- Processing purchases and payments
- Personalization and improvement of the user experience
- Provision of technical support and customer service
- Fulfillment of legal obligations
- Carrying out statistical analysis, reporting and service development activities
- Promotional, information and marketing activities with the explicit consent of the user
3. Legal Basis
Personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- Obtaining explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1)
- It is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c)
- It is mandatory for the Platform to fulfill its legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç)
- Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data owner, data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the Platform (KVKK art. 5/2-f)
4. Transfer of Data
The collected personal data may be transferred to the following persons and institutions in line with the requirements of the service:
- Trainers: Only the information required for lesson planning and communication
- Payment providers and banks: For the purpose of processing payment transactions
- Software, cloud storage, and technical support firms: In order to provide the system infrastructure
- Authorized public institutions and organizations: In case of fulfillment of legal obligations
The platform takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure data security during the transfer of personal data.
5. Retention Period
Personal data is kept for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the periods stipulated in the relevant legal legislation. When the retention period expires, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.
6. Rights of the User
The user has the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:
- To learn whether his/her personal data is processed or not.
- Requesting information about it if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used for their intended purpose
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction of data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
- Requesting deletion or destruction in accordance with KVKK
- Requesting notification of correction, deletion and destruction to third parties
- Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing it with automated systems
- Claiming compensation in case of damage due to a transaction contrary to KVKK

DerslikApp takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of personal data; conducts systematic controls to prevent data security breaches. Systems are regularly audited against risks such as unauthorized access, data loss, deletion or alteration.
